Affiliate shall be any person or organization that introduces potential students to GMG ('"referral") If the potential student is not a former or existing student of GMG and has not previously contacted or has been contacted by GMG and the potential student purchases a product or service from GMG, within 1 year of the introduction. Affiliate shall be paid a commission of 10% of the total amount actually received by GMG ("Referral Fee"). The one time Referral Fee shall be the complete consideration for the Referral.
